1.Warranty Policy
(1)Warranty Coverage & Period
All LED grow lights are covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
Power supplies, drivers, and wiring are covered for 1 year, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty starts from the date the product is received.
(2)Warranty Service
If a product fails due to non-human damage during the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts or full unit replacement, after verification.
For large-scale projects, Yenjie Lighting can arrange engineer visits upon request and availability.
2.Disclaimer of Liability
The following are not covered under warranty:
(1)Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original parts;
(2)Damage due to improper installation, unstable voltage, or water ingress;
(3)Use beyond recommended specifications;
(4)Improper handling by unqualified personnel.
3.Safety & Installation Guidelines
All our products are UL / ETL / DLC certified and meet North American safety standards.
Please have your devices installed by licensed electricians or trained personnel.
Improper installation may cause damage or safety hazards, including risk of fire.
4.Return & Replacement Policy
If any items are damaged or missing upon receipt, please report within 7 days with photo evidence.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Products must be in unused condition.
